Tiamat Stronghold

Tiamat Stronghold  is a level 60+ instance designed for 6 players.

  • The entrances to the Stronghold are in the Elyos and Asmodian Breakouts in Tiamaranta’s Eye, and at the 12 o’clock position of the Eye.

Tiamat Stronghold floats above Tiamaranta’s Eye in the center of Tiamaranta as a symbol of Tiamat’s supremacy over its lands. Tiamat is said to have created it by breathing magic into a vortex, creating a mystical fortress with a deafening crash and a burst of blinding light. Until now, it has been inaccessible to Daevas , but the Reians have finally found a way in.

Instance entrance lobby. There will be several boss-type Reian NPc and Kahrun in the middle. There is a barrier that wont let you pass untile you talk with Kahrun and choose the ” You say that you are ready ” option ( make sure noone is afk ). This will make the barrier dissapear and 3 waves of mobs will spawn . These mobs hit fast and hard will plenty of AoEs. First wave appears when the barrier gets down so you have two options: if you’re confident enough for your group to be able to tank/heal the three waves you can just rush the corridor beating them. If you want the safe path, whever the wave of mobs appear run back to the Reian guards at entrance and they will attack mobs making easier to kill one by one due to guards tanking them .

First wave of mobs: 5 mobs.

Second wave of mobs: 6 mobs.

Thrid wave of mobs: 10 mobs.

After beating the three waves of mobs, we’ll reach the first boss:

Undefeteable Shaborkan. This boss does AoEs, group attacks and random attacks.

Earthquake AoE: Cause damage on time by summoning an earth circle around him, just run away from him when you see the cast bar. Earthquake has a lot cast so you will get constantly hit by it’s effect if you are close in range.

Perception wave: cause damage on a random target and the targets within a close range of said target leaving a debuff which causes periodic low damage. Simply making a split formation but being in 20 m range of cleric to receive group heals will avoid multiple group members getting hit.

Increase in perception: during the fight he will keep summoning few rocks under players. These have to movr away quickly  in order to avoid getting hit before they explode causing big damage and knock down.

On the last 15 % of HP Shaborkan will apply himself a buff: Escape that will increase his attack speed and strenght. Spiritmasters or bards can dispel it.

Central corridor: in this hall there will be nothing then a statue in the middle and some NPCs that will come running after beating Shaborkan, there is a quest deliver in one of these guards. From this palce you can take 3 ways. There is no order, just difficulty in case you want to save some cooldowns. Whenever you kill a final corridor boss,  you will be able to return to the central corridor and go for a next path.After killing bosses a portal to the central corridor will appear. The statue in the middle: Statue of Glory has a device teleport that will take you to: Garden of Dragon Lords. In this garden you will be able to purchase itesm with Protectorate Coins. The balaur NPC Vershaka, in the end of the garden will sell them. You wont be able to interract with him unless you use the Statue of Hero Vershaka in the middle of the garden. This statue will grant you a buff  which will turn you into a balaur. This way you can talk with Vershaka and purchase items.

Dredgion corridor left:

In the first room of corridor you will have to clean some mobs but there is no need to kill all of them, just kill the patrols and the line of one of the sides. There are golem mobs in this room. After killing the golems, use Laboratory Access Control Device to open the door for next room and take the elevator. In this room you can avoid few mobs, after killing the first two mages. Instead of cleaning the way, you can jump on the ramp on the right side.

Brigade General Chantra is really easy. The floor has different layers. Inner where he stands, Mid and External. During the fight Chantra will keep activating a device: Activate Drana Reactor that will make of two layers shine, causing periodic damage to those standing there. Just move to a different layer which isnt activated.

Curse of Waywardness ( AoE ): reduces movement speed of the group for 30 seconds and si dispelable: Splendor of Purification solves it.

The rest of the fight will be tank and spank. On the last 15 % of HP Chantra will apply himself a buff Lightning Effect that will increase his attack speed and strenght. Spiritmasters or bards can dispel it.

After defeating Chantra, you will have access to an elevator for the last room of this corridor. When you go upstairs to engage a fight with Brigade General Sadha, make sure everyone is inside the platform or they will get trapped outside by a barrier .

Gravity Intensification AoE: Sadha will activate sometimes a device that will make the floor to cause damage to every group member. To avoid this attacks, member have to stay near one of the two geysers on the sides. When Sadha activate this skill, the geyser will bounce you high constantly, do not move or will bounce you out and will receive damage.

Commander Strike AoE: causes AoE normal frontal damage, only tanking player should get hit by it.

Gravity Field Distortion AoE: this skill will summon a vortex under Sadha which causes big periodic damage tp players standing on it: Disorted Space. Tank and melees have to move her away from gravity vortex in order to keep dpsing.

Gravity Compression AoE: makes the Gravity Field vortex summoned previously to collapse causing big AoE damage to players standing near it.

On the last 15 % of HP Sadha, will apply herself a buff Lightning Effect that will increase his attack speed and strenght. Spiritmasters or bards can dispel it.

Military corridor right: in this corridor there will be mobs Drakan Elite Storm Soldier using a skill Strongest Strike which causes big damage AoE to  group members withing 20m range. Here you will have to kill a mob to drop a key which gives access to the next room. The mobs is called: Drakan Elite Guardian, also the drop key is 100 % so you might kill mobs until you drop it. Once the elevator is active you will reach the next boss: Traitor Kumbanda.

Once you step out of the elevator, there will be an effect on the floor that causes periodic damage to your group members and will activate a debuff : Decrease of Space and Time reducing your attack speed, casting speed and movement speed.

Acceleration of Space and Time buff: Kumbanda, will spawn white circles on the ground at random locations. Stepping on them will grant you buff causing your attack, casting and movement speed increase significantly: Magic Ward of Time Acceleration. This buff lasts only 5 seconds and doesnt instant applying when you step into the circle, there are some seconds delay.Also this buff affects Kumbanda attack speed. Spiritmasters or bards can dispel it.

During the fights, adds will spawn Kumbanda of the Past, which will cause paralyse effect on the target: Stop Space and Time. If adds paralyze the cleric, the fight will be tough. On the last 15 % of HP, Kumbanda will stop summoning clocks on the floor, and will increase his attack speed and must nuke him fast, preferable with Word of Quickness ( Chanter skill ).

After defeating Kumbanda, take the elevator again and get access to the last room after clearing the previous corridor and you’ll meet Bridage General Raksha after a scene with him slaying Traitor Surama.

Raksha will cause major damage per hit, killing players in 2 hits. Random players will get transformed into a skeleton: Body Plundering which grants them 2 skills.

Phantom Scream will provoke Raksha to attack you and will decrease his movement speed. This debuff doesnt long last and the player transformed has to keep running on circles constantly using it to slow Raksha and never getting hit while rest dps him. Raksha must be permanently debuffed with this taunt.

Absorbtion of the Flame Spirit kill adds during the fight and absorbe Hp from them in case you get damaged.

Leg Fettters ( group): reduces your group members movement speed for a significant period of time. Splendor of Purification solves it.

On the last 15 % of HP, Raksha will apply himself a buff Lightning Effect that will increase his attack speed and strenght. Spiritmasters or bards can dispel it. After defeating Raksha, a teleport to the central corridor will appear.

Barbarian Corridor middle. This is the hardest corridor. As in Military Corridor there are Drakan Fighters causing major AoE damage and a major attack after. Must be healed really fast keeping tanking player on full HP always.Cleric and range dps must stay 20 m away from it. After clearing the patrols you will meet: Adjutant Anuhart.

Storm Blade AoE: causes periodic damage while cast is in effect to players inside the range of spinning. Run away from it avoiding getting hit while getting healed from first AoE hits.Anuhart will have a shield while casting this attack.

Discharging: causes big damage to all group members despide of the range and could be dealy combined with Storm Blade if isnt healed fast.

Pain wave AoE: causes frontal damage to close range players.

At 75 % of his HP he will apply himself a buff Rapid Fury Attack increasing speed and and strength once again.

At 20 % HP he will apply himself a buff Rapid Ferocious Attack which will increase once again speed and and strength. It will stack with the other 2 buffs making it a deadly combo, but spiritmasters cand dispel it. If your group doesnt have a spiritmaster it’s recommended a templar using 4.000 DP skill Nezekan/Zikel Shield since the incoming burst damage will be really high and too hard to be actually healed.

After defeating Anuhart, we’ll meet last and hardest boss: Brigade General Tahabata. Tahabata like in Dark Poeta will keep doing fire attacks so dont forget using Summer Circle and fireproof scroll.

Sea of Hellfire AoE: causes frontal AoE damage.

Lava Eruption AoE: long cast skill. Dealing significant periodic damage while it’s on effect. can be easily resisted but cannot be avoided. At nearly 75 % he will reduce mobility by summoning a fire area on the external ring. Stepping into this ring will instantly killing you.

Piercing Attack AoE: causes significant damage AoE damage around him twice in a row and leaves a debuff causing period damage ( must be dispeled fast ).

Raging Flames: summons a tornado on the player which causes periodic damage ( tornado will dissapear when dispeled).

During the fight Tahabata will randomly teleport to target’s face and using Piercing Attack. Must move away from him fast. He will also cast a group stun attack: Terror Flame.

At 50 % HP he will reduce mobility once again by summoning a second fire area on the middle ring which which causes instant death. Chanters must use Word of Wind if you got melees.

At 15% HP he will reduce room’s mobility completely by summoning a third fire area Flame Trap on the inner ring but this one wont instantly kill you. Causes periodic damage along with a second attack causing periodic damage Storm of Hellfire and will apply himself a buff Lightning Effect which increase attack speed and his strenght. Cleric Aquital is very important in this situation.

After defeating him a chest will appear in Garden of Dragon Lords containing abyss relics and a chance for a souvenir and mount.There will be a Protectorate Coin for every member for the group.571b1fdcca20b04d455eb17c
